The "Fehér Nyúl" Brewery is located on Soroksári street in Budapest, on the site of a former textile factory. One of its buildings was inhabited and converted into a space suitable for both brewing and hospitality. More and more experimental decoctions are cooking and fermenting here in a row, and their taproom is also here, where they are waiting for everyone with fresh beers several days a week!
Just heading towards the light we can see a little purple twilight in it, otherwise it is night black. Aroma and taste of dried fruit, chocolate, light coffee. Its richness of taste is coupled with a slight alcoholic warmth. Not just for winter evenings! A good base for maturing in barrels, we like to experiment with it. You can find current barrel-matured versions of "Kísérleti Nyulak". Worth a taste!
