Soulty has been revamped: listening to the feedback, we have modified the Soulty recipe. We increased the amount of caramel malt, made the beer more full-bodied and at the same time the alcohol content increased to 5.7%. To emphasize the salty caramel line, we added more salt to it. The type of yeast has also changed to give the beer a slightly clearer overall picture.

The "Fehér Nyúl" Brewery is located on Soroksári street in Budapest, on the site of a former textile factory. One of its buildings was inhabited and converted into a space suitable for both brewing and hospitality. More and more experimental decoctions are cooking and fermenting here in a row, and their taproom is also here, where they are waiting for everyone with fresh beers several days a week!
The point of the "Kísérleti Nyúl" series is that, the series does not contain overcast beers, although it does. Basically, all of our beers are Experimental Rabbits, which we only plan to brew once. There are no other criteria, so it is possible that in addition to a chili sour kvake, a simple Bavarian wheat can fit within this brand.
