A blend of 55% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay, and 25% Meunier grapes selected from the clayey vineyards of Premier Cru in the village of Cumières along the Marne River. Grapes from individual parcels were harvested and processed simultaneously. The structure of Pinot Noir combines with the maturity and fruitiness of Meunier and the lively acidity and minerality of Chardonnay in a harmonious blend. 15% of the base wines were aged in barrels, and bottle fermentation took place in the cellar for 5 years.

The Champagne displays a clear, salmon pink color with fine, elegant bubbles. Its aroma is complex and multifaceted, with plenty of fresh red fruits complemented by subtle lilac floral notes and irresistible toasty, brioche undertones from 6 years of aging. The palate is intense and concentrated, with dominant flavors of wild raspberry and strawberry emerging after a slight aeration.
