Alain Milliat met a Norman cider producer with whom he immediately discovered a common vision. This cider is made from apples from an organic orchard. After a selection at maturity, the apples have been pressed and fermented since October 2021. After a year and a half of work, they are unveiling the Juliette vintage, in tribute to Alain Milliat's mother and a nod to his family heritage.
