Suggested use: Ingredients: 400g chicken breast, 1 packet of Tomatillo Enchilada sauce, 100ml cream/sour cream, 150g grated cheese, 6 Gran Luchito Taco tortillas. Cut up the chicken and cook it in a pan with a little salted water until soft. Boil for 15 minutes, then remove the water. Using two forks, shred the meat into small pieces. Mix half a package of Tomatillo Enchilada Sauce with the cream/sour cream and chicken. Fill the tortillas with the chicken mass and put them in a baking pan. Place the remaining sauce on top of the filled tortillas and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180oC for 20 minutes.
