In Etyek on the Old Hill (Öreghegy) there is a small farm. This is where our cider winery dreamed of. Construction has started, but - like all good things - it will also be a longer process. There is, however, a press house that opens from time to time and taps cider and bakes pizza while watching their apple trees grow.
In the words of the winery - “Every year we look for new adventures, experiment and take risks so that we can surprise you with something special. We got a trial dose from a friend’s quince plantation so we could try what quince is like in the cider. Our quince adventure ended with an impressive result that we can endure very much. It could be a divisive item because of its interesting aroma, but we take the risk because we believe everyone will like it. "
