It is milled from small batches of freshly roasted, certified organic nuts (peanuts, hazelnuts, cashew, almonds). There is absolutely no added sugar or salt and we never use palm fat or emulsifiers, only the whole nuts which means you receive their nutritious goodness and taste.
About the company
Built on an unwavering commitment to 100% organic, ethically and sustainably sourced food, Biona began life on a kitchen table in London over 35 years ago. Noel and Donata started experimenting with simple home-made granola, which they packed and sold in their pioneering organic shop, Windmill Wholefoods. It was so popular, they quickly outgrew their kitchen table and so Biona was born.
