Since 1948, Michel Cluizel is one of the rare chocolate manufacturers to process cocoa beans. He elaborates exceptional chocolates in his Normandy workshops employing 200 people. Today, more than 6000 professionals in pastry, catering and candy making use or resell Michel Cluizel chocolates all around the world.
