With this product, it is especially alive, if you leave it in the air, it can soften a little. Question, how do you like it? It is dried for 12-14 hours at 42 degrees, made from delicious sweet carrots, soaked-dried walnuts, shredded coconut, homemade cocoa date rice cashew milk, and shaped into a round shape. Heavenly, cocoa flavors, and if you didn't know, you almost wouldn't be able to tell what it was made of.
