As a confectionary master Franz Peters founded a small ice cream parlour in the heart of Lippstadt in 1936. During winter it became a café. Soon the Café Peters also became well-known outside the borders of the city for its exceptionally delicious tarts and biscuits, which were served there. Later the family joined the business and now Peters products are shipped to more than 31 countries.

Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cream, glucose syrup, cocoa mass, hazelnuts, wheat flour, alcohol (vanilla liqueur, neutral alcohol, Prosecco, Brandy, Raspberry liqueur, Mocha liqueur, Marc de Champagne); fruit juice concentrate from raspberries, cherries, strawberries, blackberries, black currants, beets, grapes; humectant: sorbitol syrup; glucose-fructose syrup, emulsifier (soy lecithin, sunflower lecithin); invert sugar syrup, natural vanilla flavor, acid regulator: citric acid; cream powder, coffee, skimmed milk powder, Bourbon vanilla bean, milk fat, caramel syrup, gelling agent: pectin; acid regulator: potassium citrate; salt. Decor-coloring: beetroot red, real carmine, titanium dioxide, anthocyanin, riboflavin. Cocoa solids in dark chocolate min. 60%, in milk chocolate min. 35%.

Milk, hazelnuts, soy. Contains alcohol. Not recommended for children. May contain traces of eggs, other nuts, peanuts and sesame.
