As a confectionary master Franz Peters founded a small ice cream parlour in the heart of Lippstadt in 1936. During winter it became a café. Soon the Café Peters also became well-known outside the borders of the city for its exceptionally delicious tarts and biscuits, which were served there. Later the family joined the business and now Peters products are shipped to more than 31 countries.

Sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, whole milk powder, cream, hazelnut pieces, glucose syrup, almonds, raspberries, skimmed milk powder, glucose-fructose syrup, coconut fat, egg liqueur. Alcohol: neutral alcohol, humectant: sorbitol syrup, vegetable fat, emulsifier: soy lecithin, coffee, butter, pistachio. Fruit extract from grapes, vanilla aroma, raspberry distillate. Gelling agent: pectin, xanthan, salt, cream powder. Acidity regulator: citric acid, calcium citrate. Rum, egg powder, maltodextrin, sunflower oil. Colors: beetroot, paprika extract.

Milk, hazelnuts, almonds, soy, pistachios, eggs. Contains alcohol. Not recommended for children. May contain traces of gluten, sesame, peanuts and other nuts.
