It is made from selected, sun-ripened, aromatic organic tomatoes from Puglia, which are processed immediately after harvesting in the BioOrto family business. This sauce, prepared simply in a pot and heated with a little olive oil and salt, can be used for our homemade pasta versions and, of course, as the basis for the best pizza.
