Product description
Thai cuisine uses salt as rarely as possible, and mostly fish sauce. It is made from small fish, which are put into barrels to ferment, after being thawed with a little water. After a certain time, the fish sauce is drained from the barrels. As with olive oil, the first draught is considered the best quality.
