Jean Meunier was butcher, like his father, grandfather and great-grandfather before him, he continues using the skills and know-how passed down from eight generations in the trade. Convivial developed a method of cutting meat into ultra-fine slices. The process was patented and led to the creation of the company's flagship product the Charolais Beef Parfait.

Sear the Charolais Beef Parfait on each side for 2 min 30 seconds. Then cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Turn over after 1 minute using a spatula to avoid breaking. The Charolais Beef Parfait is even tastier when cooked Blue or Rare.
