Maggio Cipriani, a fourth-generation member of the family, believes eating ice-cream is a trip straight back to childhood. Cipriani make excellent home made ice cream with natural ingredients and locally sourced, in season fruit. They are passionate about making ice cream and create new and exciting recipes as well as the more traditional flavours.

Whole milk, cream, sugar, cocoa (7%), glucose syrup, egg yolk, dark chocolate 3% (cocoa mass, sugar, low-fat cocoa powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor), thickener: carob seed flour.
