Stepping out of the world of classic desserts Cloud9 combines the complex experience of the well-known and popular pastry cakes with ice cream. Their compositions are layered with different ingredients: usually 2 types of ice cream, cake (soft sponge cake, homemade brownie, crispy pasta, etc.), fruit or chocolate sauce, seeds and lyophilized fruits.

Milk, sugar, liquid egg yolk (preservative: potassium sorbate, acidity regulator: citric acid, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), cream, milk powder, dextrose, invert sugar, stab2000 (stabilizer: sodium alginate, carob flour, carrageenan), Malagasy vanilla (0.3%).
