80% Garganega and 20% Chardonnay, harvested exclusively by hand in the first half of September. After gentle pressing, the grapes are macerated. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks. After that, the wine begins to mature for 4 months in steel tanks and 2 months in the bottle. It has a bright straw yellow color and aromas of wild flowers, jasmine, pink grapefruit and lemon. Soft, fresh wine with balanced minerality.
