Atzei Saragat Vermentino Isola Dei Nuraghi is a high-quality white wine produced by the Atzei winery on the beautiful island of Isola Dei Nuraghi, off the coast of Sardinia. This wine is made entirely from the Vermentino grape, which is the typical variety of the island. Wines made from Vermentino grapes usually have a fresh and fruity character, and Atzei Saragat Vermentino is no exception.
Its color is bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. Its aroma ranges from the rosemary aromas characteristic of grapes to elderflowers, white pulpy fruits and lychee. The taste is soft at first, then juicy and lively, with a good structure and excellent alcohol balance. The persistence of the aromas makes the drink pleasant, leaving behind a light and characteristic bitter note. Excellent as an aperitif. We recommend it with dishes made with shellfish and seafood, tasty fish and cheese.
