The grapes harvested from the highest part of the vineyard were fermented in 500-liter, medium-roasted (MT/TH) Hungarian oak, and then aged for 4 months on fine lees, so it could acquire a broad, complex structure without losing the characteristic aromas of furmint.

The center of the winery is the Rákóczi-Aspremont mansion in Mád, which, due to its historical past and appearance, is a worthy companion to the vineyard in the Öreg Király vineyard. Since the foundation of the cellar, the wines have been made according to the principle of naturalness - in other words, organically. In their case, all this is not just a sound marketing ploy, but is based on the quality, content and added value of the wines.
