About the company
The Etyeki Kúria Borgazdaság has been operating in Etyek, on Öreghegy, since 1996. In addition to respecting traditions, their winery became known for its innovative approach from the beginning. As an important milestone in their history, they were the first to plant pinot noir grapes to make red wine in the wine region. Their head winemaker, Sándor Mérész, joined the team ten years ago, and since then he has been shaping the unique style of their wines, harmonizing local experiences with the latest research results and his own international approach.
