The palate is bursting with yellow fleshed peaches, green pineapple and lime zest. A lively but very delicate acidity appears in the mouth. Peach and pineapple lead the palate, accompanied by pomelo and mineral saltiness. Long finish, rich, complex white wine with nicely integrated ageing notes.
