The process of producing Aviation Gin: The first step is to soak the raw materials in grain spirit for 18 hours. This is followed by distillation, during which the heart distillate is separated, which is the best quality spirit. This is followed by dilution and bottling than labeling. The whole process is done in a handcrafted way, thus guaranteeing a consistently high quality.

Main botanicals in Aviation Gin: cardamom, coriander, French lavender, anise seed, sarsaparilla, juniper, and two kinds of orange peel. Truly a gin of special flavours, it is perfect on it's own and of course in a GT or in other coctails.
