Product description
It is produced in small batches to better preserve the aromas, freshness and natural savour of the subtle and extraordinary plants, freshly picked and carefully hand selected by Daniel Casas (from Punta del Fangar, rice paddies, cliffs, L’Ampolla beaches and the GR-92 Mediterranean Path) and to achieve the fresh flavour, radiant and smooth, which characterises our gin. An excellent combination of the marine and native botanicals of the area: lemon zest, orange peel, sea fennel (Crithmum maritimum), sea rocket (Cakile maritima), savory (Satureja obovata), glasswort (Salicornia europaea), four more plants and demineralised water from the sources of Ports de Tortosa-Beseit, a natural park.
