The variety of fruit is chosen for its reputation and excellence and so the nectars help promote a "terroir" or region and a specific cultural technique. The origin of the fruit is indicated on each bottle. Alain Milliat processes the fruit at room temperature and does not steam it, thus retaining the flavour and aroma.
Water, white peach 45%, sugar, citric acid, ascorbic acid.
The reddish-orange peach from the western Lyon region is enriched with the aroma of almond leaves, and its velvety flavour lingers in the mouth long after tasting. This juice makes a delicious Bellini cocktail with champagne and a little sugar.
