Delicious little anchovy fillets marinated with onions, herbs, peppers and olives. Drain the anchovies and serve them as an aperitif tapas or in salads.

Jean-Claude David founded his salting and curing business in 1973 in the Boulogne-sur-Mer (Northern France) port area, a historic center of French maritime activity. The J.C. David establishments salt and smoke herring, haddock, salmon and mackerel in real wood-fired ovens, in the pure tradition. Today, this ancestral know-how is the guarantee of a unique and constant quality.
Marinated anchovy fillets (engraulis encrasicolus caught in the Black Sea, vinegar, salt, acidifier citric acid) 60%, sunflower oil 30%, marinated red and yellow peppers 7%, black olives 1.5%, marinated onions 1.5 %, dill, basil. Produced in Turkey under approval number TR55-0053.
