The Élő Bolygó Foundation maintains a biodynamic demonstration farm on 56 hectares in the southern part of the Bakony, on the outskirts of Szentgál. “This kind of farming can and should only be done if one is in it with heart and soul, day and night, if one lives with nature,” says Jr. Sándor Varga, the former human resources manager, runs the farm with his wife.
