About the company
The Loison family started their business in the late 1930s, and it was Tranquillo, the grandfather, who first fell in love with the art of bread-making and later passed it on to his son, Alexander. Together, they transformed the bakery into a real family business and opened a new store in 1969. The company, which is currently managed by Dario, Tranquillo's nephew, took on an international dimension in 1992. Their pastries, made from carefully selected ingredients, are exported to various countries in Europe and the world for an increasingly popular and demanding audience.
