David establishments salt and smoke herring, haddock, salmon and mackerel in real wood-fired ovens, in the pure tradition. Water, fish 30%, potatoes, haddock 10% (smoked haddock, salt, annatto norbixin), cream, leek, skimmed milk powder, rapeseed oil, spices and herbs, salt, thickener: xanthan gum.
Fish, milk. May contain traces of shellfish and molluscs.
