Product description
A minimum amount of salt is added, so as to bring out the natural flavour of the meat still more once curing is complete. Spicing is kept to a minimum. The casing is in natural gut, and the curing, also absolutely natural, takes 4-5 weeks. Our recommendation is to serve sliced very thinly. This product is available as a whole only, but the whole can be sliced upon request.
