The grey cattle is a characteristic of the authentic Hungarian landscape, an ancient domesticated cattle. Due to its pasture-raised nature, its meat is much wilder than that of any domesticated cattle, and therefore much drier. The sausage made from it combines all the advantages of wild and domesticated meat. The sausage can only be bought whole.
