Paradiso Rosé Vermouth di Torino Superiore is made from Piedmontese Nebbiolo wine, together with a base of Cortese to make a refreshing and surprising Vermouth Rosé. Nebbiolo is the king of Piedmont, and the grape of the iconic Barolo and Barbaresco wines. A wine that is light and floral in aroma, yet exciting and explosive on the palate.
9diDANTE comes to life at the foot of the Piemonte hills, the land that has seen Vermouth grow and has mastered its art since the XVIII Century, when it became the socialites drink in the court of the Kings of Savoy. Since 2019, the IGP Appellation of Vermouth di Torino guarantees the quality of its origin and process. As one of only a few Vermouths crafted and bottled under the SUPERIORE classification, 9diDANTE is blended exclusively with Piemonte DOC wines.
The typical citrus scent of grapefruit perfectly accompanies the traditional raspberry and star anise notes of Nebbiolo wine. The taste is dominated by the balance of fruity and herbal notes, notes of mandarin, rosemary, cocoa and vanilla form a fine combination with the tannic nature of Nebbiolo.
