About the company
Green's has over 100 years of baking tradition. In 1907, a Brighton grocer called Horace Green developed exclusive recipes for cake mixes and started to sell them in his own shop. His products were so successful that in 1912 he built a dedicated production facility, and was soon supplying the whole country with quality, time-saving, easy-to-bake cakes and desserts.
