Product description
Bortolin Angelo Brut Valdobbiadene DOCG is a high-quality champagne produced by the Bortolin Angelo winery in the Valdobbiadene region of Italy. This champagne is a real specialty, made from the Glera grape in the region, which provides the base material for Prosecco. The champagne production process is carried out in a traditional way, i.e. the so-called Using the Charmat method, during which the secondary fermentation takes place in steel tanks. The champagne is then bottled to keep it fresh and bubbly. Bortolin Angelo Brut Valdobbiadene DOCG sparkling wine has a dry, fresh and fruity taste, which is often enjoyed on special occasions or even with a lighter everyday meal.
