Since 1906, the Huyghe family brewery has produced its most famous beer, the Delirium Tremens, which was voted the best beer in the world in 1997. For our enterprising guests, we offer the Floris and Mongozo series, which offer a wide range of fruit beers, as well as other famous products of the brewery.

Ripe burgundy red wine color with an intense, astringent scent without the yeastiness of wheat beer. A delicately framed foam reminiscent of Brussels lace appears on the rim. The taste is dominated by the flavors of fresh cherries, with only the lactic notes of wheat beer appearing in the aftertaste, along with some almond bitterness.
