The Allegrini family has played a leading role in the history of Fumane and Valpolicella Classica since the sixteenth century and has handed down the culture of the vine and wine ever since. After Giovanni Allegrini, the driving force behind the rebirth of the Valpolicella area, passed into the hands of the new generations. Allegrini’s properties extend for around 150 hectares in the cradle of the Valpolicella Classica. The unique vineyards yield prestigious wines, stemming from the company’s winemaking style and its exclusively estate-grown grapes.
Born from a blend of 65% Corvina, 30% Rondinella, 5% Molinara grapes. Aged for 5 months in steel tanks to preserve the freshness of the fruit. In addition to floral and earthy notes, red and dark cherries dominate the nose, complemented by the aroma of ripe plums. The sip is silky and balanced, and the finish is full of juicy fruitiness.
