Domaines Paul Mas are one of the main Estates in the South of France. The Mas family has been cultivating grapes in Languedoc since 1892 and in the year 2000, Jean-Claude Mas, owner and winemaker, created Domaines Paul Mas, with the 35 ha he inherited from his father. His portfolio of estates now accounts for 1120 ha of premium vineyards, planted with more than 30 different varieties. Jean-Claude strives to make wines with authenticity and refinement respecting the rural roots and preserving the environment, with highlight this exceptional and diverse terroirs. Along with awards and accolades, the estate continues to enjoy year-on-year growth with wines sold in nearly twenty countries worldwide.
Fruity wine is perfectly balanced and characterized by bright acidity. The finish is long and fresh. The wine is light straw color with a faint green shades. The aroma of wine trapped smoky notes, tones of peaches, pineapple, lychee nuts, and grapes and herbs.
