There is a village with a magical location and name at the gate of the Zemplén, where the makers spent their summers as children among the trees of the göncibarack plantations. Later, the desire for knowledge and curiosity scattered them: to big cities, universities, to gain experience on the other side of the world. Some even stopped as far as New Zealand to meet again as young adults and bring their fresh knowledge and faith back to Boldogkőváralja. This is how BESTILLO was born. Always wanting the best, mixing local, ancient traditions with vibrant, youthful energy. BESTILLO means much more to them than a brandy distillery: it contains everything they share about life. You could talk about pure fruit, precise technology, but all these are just consequences of their belief: "time is too valuable to waste on mediocre things".
Made from selected aszu grains and aged in aszu casks, nut sings solo in the aromatic chorus of the full-bodied beverage specialty, herbs vocalize, and vanilla provides a counterpoint. The smoky nuanced raisin-asian flavor complex rocks in the cradle of the creamy texture.
