Agave is slow cooked in traditional stone ovens for a minimum of 72 hours. Once the agave reaches a deep, rich flavor, it is fermented with a brand developed proprietary yeast. It is not aged at all and therefore only filtered and bottled in a clear blue base accented bottle to show its clarity and pureness. This tequila offers a delightfully smooth flavor with a pleasant hint of sweetness - perfect to drink neat or in your favorite cocktail.
