There is a clear line between the guest and the bartender, a boundary, i.e. a terminus, and this is the bar counter. This gin, which is the joint work of 2 guests and a bartender, is meant to bridge this. The professional part was brought by Péter Gózon, who lived in Italy for years and wanted to mix Mediterranean flavors with domestic ones. In addition to the usual gin plants, this is why black pepper, green cardamom, allspice, red pepper powder and sage, one of the most delicate spices for making gin, were included.
