The pure wheat base was flavored with Hungarian juniper and coriander, as well as grapefruit, lemon, ginger and dozens of other spices, and at the end, it was sprinkled with a touch of Citra and Mosaic hops. This is how Hara'Punk Gin came together.
In the words of the brewery - “Being busy with beer is a feeling of life. Seriously! We realized this in 2009 when we first grabbed malt, hops and wooden spoons. Our first pot of beer was 4.8 liters and it was made in the kitchen of a family house, today it is 1000-2000 liters in size, which is made in Hungarian breweries. Our beers can now be found in specialty stores, grocery store shelves, pubs, restaurants, in Budapest, in the countryside and sometimes abroad. The size varies, the point is not. We love to do this. We don't even sit back! In the meantime, we also have our own physical site, where you can find our beers on tap. Not to mention the ever-changing assortment of our curiosity and enthusiasm. "
The hops are not loud (although they made the gin sexy green), but complement the citrus perfectly. We recommend it on its own, but of course it can also be consumed with tonic water. We think Indian tonic suits him best, with juniper and citrus.
