Cherry red color. Its aroma is mainly fruity with roasted notes. When tasted, in addition to cherries and blueberries, you can discover chocolate, tobacco and the fuller aromas of aging in wooden barrels. The finish is moderately long and spicy.
About the company
The winery has been established in 1996 in Öreghegy, Etyek by Carlos Coelho who is originally from Argentina but also feels at home in California and Hungary. It was named after Ágoston Haraszthy, the father of Californian wine culture, who made an example of successfully combining traditional values with a modern approach. Over the last two and a half decades we have made and are still making our characteristic wines bearing this philosophy in mind with the guidance of our winemaker, Dániel Pázmányi.
