The vineyards of the Jammertal Borbirtok spread across the entire E-W width of the Villány wine region, from Palkonya to Hegyszentmárton. They focus on Bordeaux varieties because they are perfectly suited to the terroir.Cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon and merlot make up 85% of their plantings. Most of the remaining 15% is from kékfrankos, but pinot noir, syrah and portugieser can also be found in the portfolio.
The fruitiness that fills the entire mouth is combined with delicacy and a good acid backbone. Overall, the wine has an admirable structure. Its texture is sensual and velvety. Even with years of bottle aging, it still looks young.
