Their company, founded in 1991, is located in Györköny, Tolna County. The dreamer of the brewery, in addition to working as an engineer, learned the science of brandy brewing as a hobby and started the family business with the help of his wife and daughters. The company was initially involved in the production of wine and apple spirits. Since the purchase of the 100-year-old Györköny village pálinka distillery, the direct, wood-fired small ovens have been operated without conversion, and 100-150-year-old cellars are used for aging cellars. There has been a lot of fighting over whether it is possible to produce excellent quality brandy from Hungarian grapes, aged in a Hungarian small roaster, in a Hungarian oak barrel. But the results achieved decided the issue. Thus, the product range now includes 10-12-year-old, double gold medalist X.O. quality Bardin brandy and mature Bardin apple brandy recognized at domestic and international competitions are also offered.
