Since the purchase of the 100-year-old Györköny village pálinka distillery, the direct, wood-fired small ovens have been operated without conversion, and 100-150-year-old cellars are used for aging cellars. There has been a lot of fighting over whether it is possible to produce excellent quality brandy from Hungarian grapes, aged in a Hungarian small roaster, in a Hungarian oak barrel. But the results achieved decided the issue. Thus, the product range now includes 10-12-year-old, double gold medalist X.O. quality Bardin brandy and mature Bardin apple brandy recognized at domestic and international competitions are also offered.
