The cacao for this chocolate comes from the La Laguna plantation in the mountain forests of Alta Verapaz in central Guatemala. It is characterised by delicate liquorice, peppery and minty flavour notes alongside exciting aromas of plum, roasted cocoa beans, and apple-butter.
