As the founder puts it:I originally came from Baja as a chef, but the years took me to London, touching Budapest, and from there to Cornwall, where I found my way back to nature, thanks to Shaun, who was blown here by the wind from South Africa. Over the past decade, our paths have crossed several times, and now I work in his distillery, where we experimented with everything ourselves and learned the secrets of gin-making from our own experiences over the years. In addition to several other awards, we also pocketed the IWSC silver. Little by little, the time came for something of his own creation to come to life, and this is how the Old Man was born, which contains the wisdom of my grandfather and the diversity of the world.
