100% organic, old-growth Olaszrizling from the side of Fekete-hegy, the volcanic block protecting Köveskál from the north, from basalt soil. Golden yellow color, greenish reflex, incredibly stony, woody grape aroma reminiscent of Tokaj wines. A mineral sip, with a surprising black pepper finish and plenty of volcanic notes. Long, dry fermentation in wooden barrels.
