The Pap family started making sausages from own resources in a small group of friends in 1994, from which their family laboratory was born not long after. Over the years, the current Manufactory has grown out of this, producing premium quality sausages and salamis in a well-equipped plant. They are constantly experimenting with new products, ingredients and spices, but they never change one thing: tradition.
