About the company
My goal is to introduce everyone to pure, wonderful-tasting artisanal chocolate. 10 years ago, after leaving a cocoa farm in Venezuela, I set up Britain's first chocolate factory. I use only the world's finest cocoas, which, like fine wines, have very unique flavors. As a cocoa farmer myself, I buy all my cocoa beans from Direct Trade, paying a higher price than Fair Trade. I make my chocolate from 100% natural ingredients.
