Roland Zimek founded the company together with his wife Martina in 1997. In the beginning, pálinka was made only in small quantities, with contract brewing. From the very beginning, great emphasis was placed on quality. Their dream, a pálinka distillery working with its own cooking equipment, became a reality on December 6, 2005, when they opened their show distillery in Zamárdi.
It has a fresh, white floral aroma reminiscent of the fruit, green spices and vanilla. Pleasantly sweet, almost like marzipan. The taste is dominated by the peel character, waxy and spicy, pleasantly compote. Its taste remains for a long time, in which bitterness is present to a small extent.
